Why YOU Need this Course
Whether you have tried to eat healthy before or are just starting there is a HUGE learning curve. There is so much to know that it could become overwhelming, but we are going to help you with that. We are going to take the guess-work out of the transition and tell you exactly what to do. Don’t worry, you will not feel restricted at all. In fact, you will feel like a burden has been lifted off of you when you follow these easy steps to transition toward a plant-based diet.
The Course will teach you what you need to know to successfully live a plant-based lifestyle.
What to eat
You’ve decided to give this plant-based thing a try but now you have to figure out what to eat. Don’t worry! That’s the first thing we cover!
We will go into detail about all the foods included in a plant-based diet. You’ll also learn where to buy them, how to prepare them and why you should be eating them.
What to Avoid
Do you know which foods you should avoid while eating plant-based? We don’t make a bunch of rules but we will explain which foods are typically excluded from a plant-based diet and talk about some of the foods that are controversial.
Worried about missing out on your old favorites? Don’t, we’ll share my favorite alternatives so you won’t feel deprived.
Making it all work
Are you concerned about figuring it all out? What to buy, where to shop, having time to try new foods…it can be overwhelming, especially if most of the food you ate before came out of a drive thru window.
We are going to share all our strategies for saving time, saving money, and making simple but delicious meals.
No Family Support
We talk to people all the time who have families who don’t support their choice of eating plant-based. Completely changing your eating habits is difficult, even with support.
The good news is you don’t have to figure it out on your own. We share our experience, our success and failures, meals plans, recipes and strategies to make the learning curve seem like a piece of plant-based cake!
What about?
We cover that too. You’ll know exactly what to say to family members when they ask:
- What about protein?
- What about oil?
- What about bread?
- What about potatoes?
- What about pasta?
- What about gluten?
- What about soy?
We could go on and on but we won’t. That would be overwhelming and unhelpful. We will share helpful, actionable information at a pace that is easy to absorb and implement.
